  • Yes! The Wade Wag Shop LLC holds a Commercial Feed License through the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, ensuring that all of our treats meet state regulatory standards. Each product also includes a Guaranteed Analysis for transparency and nutritional accuracy.

  • A Guaranteed Analysis shows the nutritional breakdown of a product—protein, fat, fiber, and moisture levels. It’s a requirement for pet consumables and helps owners make informed decisions. All of our products undergo this analysis, so you know exactly what you’re feeding your dog.

  • Our baked treats are preservative-free, so we recommend storing them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. For extended freshness, refrigerate or freeze. Each item comes with storage guidelines and a “best by” date.

  • Yes! We offer customizable recipes and ingredient swaps to accommodate common allergies or sensitivities (such as grain, egg, or dairy). Let us know your pup’s needs when ordering, and we’ll tailor the recipe accordingly.

Policies

    • Standard Treats: 3–5 business days

    • Custom Orders & Cakes: 5–7 business days
      Need it by a specific date? Let us know—we’ll do our best!

    • Soft treats & cakes: Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.

    • Crunchy treats: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks.

  • We don’t accept returns on perishable goods, but your satisfaction matters.
    If there’s an issue (damaged or incorrect item), please email us within 48 hours with a photo. We’re happy to make it right.
